Hi Anders, I have one more suggestion to make your site perfect. On Gary's blog he has this RSS thing. Whenever there is an update to his blog I get an email notifying me. Is this something that is easy to do for your site or even just the forums?

Chalk me up for another person thinking this would be good. RSS would be great for regular updates to the rest of the site (especially anybody I'm "following") and maybe email notification for forum posts that I've contributed to.

Unless I am mistaken, it seems you are talking about two different things:
1) an RSS feed. This would be automatically fed into whatever RSS reader you use, if you subscribed.
2) Email alerts. This could take a number of different forms. Notifications when someone replied to one of your comments or posts. Or a daily digest of all new material on the site.
It's possible that there is some sort of hybrid thing going on for you with Gary's blog, Doug. Maybe your RSS reader sends you emails?
Anyway, I'll try to work on it this week.

RSS Feeds
OK, I've added RSS feeds.
Go to Recent Posts. Here you can select what you want to view. Filter it to just forum topics or trip reports if you'd like. Then scroll to bottom and you will see the RSS icon.
You can also filter that page to just friends and people you are following, but then you cannot subcribe to an RSS feed as I don't know how to have an RSS reader send your login info.
Rest should be self-explanatory.
One caveat: comments added to a forum topic are not considered a new post, so they do not show up. This is the default behavior of this system, but I think it makes sense. Otherwise it might get too busy.
I'll look into a notification system for comments next.
