Native Trout Gathering?

Is anyone interested in trying to coordinate a weekend camping and fishing trip this summer? I am happy to coordinate the details. I realize this might require some travel for many of us, but I think it would be worth it to get a chance to meet and share stories. I floated the idea of Eagle Lake earlier, but I am not wed to that particular location (in fact, I'd prefer moving water...). For starters, because it looks like Chris is going to be out west late July, I'd propose the weekend of July 25/26. If you are interested, let me know and we can work to nail down the details.

Of course, everyone is welcome.

I would love to hook up with some of you westerners! I would propose the last weekend in July (7/30 - 8/1) as I will be coming up from the south on my journey the proposed weekend - NM & AZ.

I was thinking about this earlier in the week. It would be cool to set something like this up every: Oregon, Washington, east coast, etc. This should have started last year but I had to bail out on AZ & NM with Gary.

Pencil me in as a maybe. I have baby #2 due in June. I would love to go and meet everyone. Eagle Lake is a bit too far. I like somewhere in Lahontan Country.

As for the trip, I love the idea, but can't do it that weekend. I'll be back East last week in July, first week in August. No worries. Maybe I'll catch some of you another time.

At this point I am not sure what the summer holds for me . I am planning on doing either an Eagle Lake trip in spring or fall and possibly an east coast trip to Maine during fall for bluebacks... I would love to meet up with everyone at Eagle, but July might well be a waste of time... More of an early or late option.
